These Host Terms supplement the general Terms and Conditions and apply whenever you publish a property listing on Find Home.
You enter the price you want to receive. Find Home's commission is added on top of it and is carried by the tenant, so your payout is your listed price in full, with nothing deducted from it.
What the tenant sees is a single all-in figure: your price with the commission already included, all taxes included, which is the total they must pay to obtain the booking. Nothing extra is asked of them at booking. The applicable commission rate is shown in the app and in your settlements.
You may change your price at any time. A change applies only to bookings requested after it takes effect, and never to a request already sent to you at the earlier price.
Payouts are calculated and released per booking after the stay is completed (or auto-completed after the review window), as shown in My Settlements. The timing and method of each payout are as presented in the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for honouring confirmed bookings. Find Home may apply sanctions, including account restrictions and fines, for breaches as described in the app.
Listings may be verified by Find Home agents, including on-site checks. Verification data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
Find Home may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or provide false information.
